This location has an outside and inside portion, but most of it is located inside. You'll find a variety of raiders as well as some ghouls behind a chained door. There's a Live & Love magazine outside on the second floor of the building immediately outside of the station as well. Overall, there's nothing very difficult about this location, and the magazine is the only special loot here.
