There are about 8 ghouls hanging out in the middle of this location. One of them is a glowing one (for me it was legendary). I'd highly recommend the use of the shotgun and you'll probably want to back up while using it. There's a lot of the ghouls and it takes a while to shoot them all down. The glowing one is your biggest threat, but for some reason he got stuck in the highway after he mutated and I was able to just stand there and shoot his head off. It made the fight a bit easier, but honestly it wasn't a very dangerous fight at my level anyway. There is a raider scum who will come up from behind you when you take his chem stash. Apart from that the only notable loot is a Total Hack magazine that teaches you to hack turrets.
