This is not only the location of a bunch of raiders and an Astoundingly Awesome Tales magazine, but it also houses a miscellaneous quest to save caravan employees. There's a bunch of raiders you'll run into here, including a named one known as Judge Zeller. He's crazy. But not overly difficult to kill if you're a decent level. The location is pretty easy to get through. I'd recommend a combat rifle, alien blaster, and combat shotgun as the weapons of choice here.
