If you're coming from D.B. Technical High School, then expect one hell of a fight into the Medical Center Metro. There's a raider survivalist with a mini gun and amazing accuracy on the way down. Be careful and if necessary use jet and med-ex (like I did) to mitigate the damage so you can get up close and personal with a shotgun. It doesn't take many hits to blow them into the beyond, but getting close without drugs can be... problematic indeed. Beyond this fight this location is a good place to find heavy dog armor. The few other raiders aren't overly difficulty.
