The Museum of Witchcraft only has one enemy, but it's a tough one. An albino deathclaw, and a pretty high level one at that. I used psycho jet for the fight, but I'm honestly not sure if it was necessary. He was down below half health after a couple crits and a couple more VATS shots to the face with a shotgun. But there's a good chance he would've hit me a couple times, and I'm sure it would've hurt a lot.
You'll find a pristine deathclaw egg which you can either sell or return to its mother to complete the mission Devil's Due. I sold it since I more or less view Deathclaws as animals and I don't feel overly bad about sell an animal's egg for cash in a game (or in real life for that matter so long as it's not endangered). Sorry vegetarians. In any case, you can get some decent caps for it if you haggle and take grape mentats beforehand.
