The Atlantic Offices are rather small and have nothing special of interest as far as loot is concerned, but they do have a lot of ghouls. Most of the ghouls die pretty easily and don't require anything special to kill. When you go up the elevator at the bottom of the offices though, be careful! Since you'll likely be wearing a hazmat suit you won't have much protection and the ghoul will be quite high level. For me it was a bloated glowing one which was a skull even at level 48. Take it out quickly with a combat shotgun.
