There's not too much to this quest chain other than lots of talking, a fist fight, and a couple of people to kill. If you haven't cleared out the brewery first, this quest can be a lot more time consuming and difficult. I'm not sure that they offer the quest if you haven't cleared out the brewery since they're standing in the same location as the main guy. Regardless, the video will give you a clear idea of how to finish the quest and the rewards for doing so.
