Milton General Hospital is home to some raiders. The location is strangely easier than all of the other locations in the area, but it's possible this was due to the fact that I was on the Silver Shroud quest when I entered. Maybe instead of raiders I'd encounter a different enemy normally. I couldn't tell you for sure. Regardless, the raiders proved to be very easy overall. There's no special loot to be had here, but the junk loot is pretty decent. The battle with Sinjin is in the Silver Shroud video instead of the Milton General Hospital one.
