Hyde Park is the home of a few raiders and the battle site for gunners and children of Atom. There's still one children of Atom left alive, so be careful of that annoying radiation damage gamma gun in the church. Otherwise, I'd suggest a combat rifle or sniper rifle for the raiders. There's some loot in the water, but it's minimal so don't feel like you have to explore downstairs in the buildings. There's pretty much nothing in the water outside. Be sure to grab the Grognak the Barbarian comic before leaving the area.
