Five lazy cottage cheese bowls — high protein, no guilt, and the only "cooking" is a toaster and a microwave. Breakfast for people who refuse to work in the morning: 5 minutes each, 21–31g of protein, and every bowl tastes like something you shouldn't be allowed to have before 8am.

Every bowl starts with ¾ cup full-fat cottage cheese. Sweet bowls get blended smooth (30 seconds, any blender or chopper); savory bowls stay as-is, straight from the tub.

FRENCH TOAST BOWL (~290 cal | 24g protein)
Blend cottage cheese + 1 tbsp allulose + ½ tsp vanilla + ½ tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp butter extract (the secret — this is what makes it FRENCH TOAST). Toast 1 slice of bread DARK, butter it, cube it, pile on top. Sugar-free maple drizzle, dust of powdered sweetener and cinnamon. Eat while the toast is warm.
EVERYTHING BAGEL BOWL (~325 cal | 31g protein)
Cottage cheese straight from the tub + 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs (store-bought pre-peeled = still zero cooking, no shame) + halved cherry tomatoes + diced cucumber + red onion + a shower of everything bagel seasoning. Salt and pepper the eggs.
LOADED BAKED POTATO BOWL (~360 cal | 27g protein)
Stab a small russet with a fork, microwave 5–6 minutes until tender. Smash the hot potato (skin on) over the cottage cheese, top with 2 tbsp cheddar (melts on contact), bacon bits, chives, salt, pepper, hot sauce. Yes it has real carbs — a potato is one of the most filling foods on earth and this bowl holds you till lunch.
CHEESECAKE BERRY BOWL (~250 cal | 21g protein)
Blend cottage cheese + 1½ tbsp allulose + ½ tsp vanilla + a squeeze of lemon (that's the cheesecake tang). Top with ½ cup berries and a crumble of 1 tbsp almond flour + ½ tsp cinnamon + ½ tsp sweetener rubbed together.
CHOCOLATE PB CUP BOWL (~305 cal | 24g protein)
Blend cottage cheese + 1 tbsp cocoa + 1½ tbsp allulose + ¼ tsp vanilla. Warm 1 tbsp peanut butter 10 seconds and ribbon it over the top. Sugar-free chocolate chips + a pinch of flaky salt. I've been eating this one off camera. Repeatedly.

MAKE-AHEAD: Blend the sweet bases in triple batches, portion into jars — they keep 3–4 days in the fridge (stir off any surface whey). Add toast/toppings/PB fresh each morning. Even lazier: blend the entire tub the day you buy it and put it back in the tub.
