This might be the most unhinged keto recipe I’ve ever made… and somehow it turned into a 342g PROTEIN MONSTER.
We’re making a 4-meat lazy keto casserole with:
• Steak
• Chicken thighs
• Ground beef
• Sausage
All baked in a creamy cheese sauce that tastes illegal.
No cauliflower.
No weird replacements.
Just real comfort food.

![The Weight Loss Breakfast Bowls I Make When I Refuse to Cook
Grab my digital cookbook here - https://www.daveskitchenmarket.com
Five lazy cottage cheese bowls — high protein, no guilt, and the only cooking is a toaster and a microwave. Breakfast for people who refuse to work in the morning: 5 minutes each, 21–31g of protein, and every bowl tastes like something you shouldnt be allowed to have before 8am.

Every bowl starts with ¾ cup full-fat cottage cheese. Sweet bowls get blended smooth (30 seconds, any blender or chopper); savory bowls stay as-is, straight from the tub.
FRENCH TOAST BOWL (~290 cal | 24g protein)
Blend cottage cheese + 1 tbsp allulose + ½ tsp vanilla + ½ tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp butter extract (the secret — this is what makes it FRENCH TOAST). Toast 1 slice of bread DARK, butter it, cube it, pile on top. Sugar-free maple drizzle, dust of powdered sweetener and cinnamon. Eat while the toast is warm.
EVERYTHING BAGEL BOWL (~325 cal | 31g protein)
Cottage cheese straight from the tub + 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs (store-bought pre-peeled = still zero cooking, no shame) + halved cherry tomatoes + diced cucumber + red onion + a shower of everything bagel seasoning. Salt and pepper the eggs.
LOADED BAKED POTATO BOWL (~360 cal | 27g protein)
Stab a small russet with a fork, microwave 5–6 minutes until tender. Smash the hot potato (skin on) over the cottage cheese, top with 2 tbsp cheddar (melts on contact), bacon bits, chives, salt, pepper, hot sauce. Yes it has real carbs — a potato is one of the most filling foods on earth and this bowl holds you till lunch.
CHEESECAKE BERRY BOWL (~250 cal | 21g protein)
Blend cottage cheese + 1½ tbsp allulose + ½ tsp vanilla + a squeeze of lemon (thats the cheesecake tang). Top with ½ cup berries and a crumble of 1 tbsp almond flour + ½ tsp cinnamon + ½ tsp sweetener rubbed together.
CHOCOLATE PB CUP BOWL (~305 cal | 24g protein)
Blend cottage cheese + 1 tbsp cocoa + 1½ tbsp allulose + ¼ tsp vanilla. Warm 1 tbsp peanut butter 10 seconds and ribbon it over the top. Sugar-free chocolate chips + a pinch of flaky salt. Ive been eating this one off camera. Repeatedly.
MAKE-AHEAD: Blend the sweet bases in triple batches, portion into jars — they keep 3–4 days in the fridge (stir off any surface whey). Add toast/toppings/PB fresh each morning. Even lazier: blend the entire tub the day you buy it and put it back in the tub.

I rebuilt Lunchables for adults — two versions. Board One is the nostalgia upgrade: carved turkey, aged cheddar, and pepperoni chips instead of crackers. Board Two is a buffalo chicken salad lunchbox I packed at 8am, sealed, and ate cold at 4pm to see if it actually survives a workday. A real Lunchables has 11g of protein and a cookie. These have up to 96g. Were adults now.

BOARD ONE — THE CARVING BOARD (~510 cal | 49g protein | ~12g net carbs)
4.5 oz carved oven-roasted turkey breast (Costcos whole Kirkland breast — carve it thick), 1 oz aged clothbound cheddar broken into rough chunks, 10 pepperoni slices air-fried at 350°F for 5–7 min into crispy chips (these are the crackers), spicy pickle spears, ⅛ cup salt & vinegar pistachios, a mini cup of spicy mustard, and the dessert cup: ¼ cup cottage cheese + ¼ cup blueberries. Stack rule: pepperoni chip, fold of turkey, chunk of cheddar. One bite. You know why.
BOARD TWO — THE COLD LUNCH BOARD (full board: ~720 cal | 96g protein · half-salad version: ~465 cal | 55g)
BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD: Blend ⅓ cup full-fat cottage cheese completely smooth, then blend in 1 tbsp real mayo (one spoon makes the whole dressing taste like mayo — dont skip it), 1 tsp Dijon, 1 tsp pickle brine, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ¼ tsp cayenne, salt and pepper. Add 3 tbsp dill pickles + 2–3 baby carrots and PULSE 2–3 times only (pulse, dont blend — you want confetti, not relish juice). Fold into 1 can (12.5 oz) drained, patted-dry, fork-flaked chicken breast with 1 tbsp Franks RedHot and a squeeze of lemon. Season it 20% bolder than tastes right — cold food eaten hours later loses volume. That rule alone will fix your meal prep.
On the board: the salad, half a beef stick sliced into coins, baby carrots for scooping, and a Babybel.
Smaller appetite? Split the salad across two days — thats ~465 cal / 55g protein per box and one build makes two lunches.
The internet is calling this whole anti-dessert snack plate thing savory-maxxing. Im calling it lunch.
