I wanted to know if you could make a delicious low carb macaroni salad with some Gluten Free lupin flour keto pasta alternatives. I tried two side by side and they were both a good option for the macaroni salad but one was a tiny bit better in a cold application. Before these options were available I had used tiny pieces of steamed cauliflower to make low carb macaroni salad which is a good option if you don't want to buy the more expensive low carb options.

1 Rib Celery Diced
8oz./1 Cup Avocado Oil Mayo
1 Tbs. Vinegar (Can use White or Apple Cider)
1/2 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp. Pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp. Salt to start (taste and adjust after a few hours)
