This bread recipe has been a help to so many people, and I was so happy to be providing people with a product they loved. I'm really at a loss and don't know where to go from here, the waste of ingredients (money in the trash) for my very small business is detrimental to my growth. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and I've contemplated giving up many times over the last 2 years. It would be so much easier to just go get a sous chef job somewhere but I had a vision and I don't like giving up.
