KULT News landed in Roswell, NM the first week of February, 2025, and we found several folks who didn’t understand or agree with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
At least one of ‘em told us she’s calling the cops. Would the Roswell PD race to the scene or did they have bigger fish to fry?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
