KULT News visited Springfield, MA and had the cops called on us no less than FOUR TIMES in the span of a couple of hours for exercising our First Amendment right to take photos in public. Would local law enforcement honor their oath? Would the 911 dispatchers nip this nonsense in the bud?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
