Sidney, OH residents are proud of their history and it shows in all of the historical marker plaques scattered around town.
KULT News was in town on Nov. 6, 2023, the day before two hotly contested initiatives on the ballot were to be voted on; Abortion and Marijuana. [Spoiler alert: Both initiatives passed.]
Would what we saw when we aimed our cameras at the Catholic Social Services in town make the Archdiocese happy? What nutty claim would a local bank president make when we aimed our cameras at his building?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
