I was arrested in Indianapolis because I was taking photos of a historic building and Sgt. Tony Brown, a seemingly illiterate police sergeant was tired and clearly having a bad day.
This video includes a lot of that arrest footage as well as a bunch of highlights of our 2023 audits PLUS a very special holiday visit to a very special holiday town in Indiana. (We are waiting for the requested bodycam footage and 911 call before posting the full video of my arrest and the events leading up to and following it.)

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
