KULT News visited Philadelphia recently to see if the “City of Brotherly Love” would be as friendly if they had cameras aimed at them.
Cops were called multiple times. The question is, would the responding officers recognize and respect our rights in the town where the U.S. Constitution was drafted or would they cause our Founding Fathers to roll over in their graves?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
