The day before Election Day, 2024, KULT News audited the Registrar of Voters in San Diego, CA to see if they were educated on our First Amendment Rights.
The following day, Election Day, we audited a branch of Citibank and found one of the most arrogant bank executives we’ve ever met. You’ve got to see this one to believe it.
Of course, as is often the case, we had the police called on us. Would the responding officer recognize and respect our rights or would they disappoint us like so many have before them?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
