KULT News turned some more rocks over in California and found some pretty slimy things in Riverside County on Oct. 10, 2024. Sheriff’s deputies were enforcing blatantly unconstitutional court orders at the county courthouse and a security guard at a county building nearly went hands on.
Would the responding city police officers honor their oath or would they violate our rights?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
