On Sept. 20, 2024 KULT News audited Hanford in California’s San Joaquin Valley and found some employees at a local credit union who were absolutely teeming with audacity.
Police were called and hilarity ensued when a local citizen decided to share her moronic beliefs on public photography with a responding police officer.
Would the cops share her ignorant beliefs or would they honor their oath?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
