This location has no enemies inside, but there's a few raiders you have to fight between the area directly outside of the hotel and the roof. One of the raiders on the roof is a survivalist. They hit harder and soak a bit of damage. Be more careful against him, but overall at the level you'll probably be when you enter this place it's rather easy. There's nothing special as far as the loot is concerned, but there's plenty of decent junk and ammo.
