When I first came to Fiddler's Green Trailer Estates I was about level 12 or 13, and i got thoroughly worked over by the Glowing One here. At level 25? This place was easy as cake. There were two legendary ghouls here and a glowing one. A shotgun to their faces in VATS took care of the majority of ghouls along with some shotgun shots out of VATS. I definitely encourage the use of shotguns against ghouls. Anything that has a bit of health and gets up close and personal can be handled well with a shotgun. Your reward for getting through the trailer park is a Live and Love Magazine that increases experience gained from successful persuasion attempts against females. There's also a children's story about a squirrel that obviously doesn't end well. Very little in Fallout ever does.
