Apart from getting urinated on, the rest of the mission is pretty straight forward with the exception of the pit full of jaguars. You can't really hit the jaguars well from where you enter the pit, so the idea is to swing down where you can easily climb up and take down the jaguars with a bow and arrow. Otherwise, the rest is mostly just a tutorial on how to use the grappling hook.
