This location has about 4 or 5 raiders and is pretty easy apart from the raider waster. He hits very hard and takes quite a few hits before he goes down. He also uses stimpacks to heal back up quickly when hit.
The basic idea here is to snipe most of them from a range, and then get in close to take out the waster. Killing the waster from a distance is very difficult due to his fast health regen. Using psycho would probably make it happen, but that's about it. The shotgun takes him down quickly, especially while he's preoccupied with dogmeat.
