I felt this location was large enough to deserve a video even though it's an unmarked location. It's located about halfway between Kendall Hospital and Wattz Consumer Electronics. It's a large camp with an open area and 3 large houses. There are about 5 or 6 raiders in the camp (one of them was a legendary raider for me) and lots of mines around the camp. There's also a turret as well.
I'd recommend using the sniper rifle to take care of the 2 or 3 raiders you can from range and then close in with a pistol, rifle, or shot gun. Cleaning up the rest shouldn't be too difficult, but a legendary or two can complicate matters.
