This location is full of ghouls. There was one glowing one for me and a lot of the standard variety. A couple of those were legendaries, but the shotgun makes quick work of them. The glowing one took a few more shots, but they still go down fairly fast. I highly recommend using a shotgun as the weapon of choice against ghouls. It does a lot of damage, and the combat shotgun kills them quickly enough (especially in VATS). Wait until they get close enough for a decent headshot and then let them have it. Unfortunately the loot isn't amazing in this location. You just end up using a lot of shotgun shells for little gain other than junk and some ammo. If you're like me though, you want to see everything. So blast away.
