This apartment building and lounge is connected by a ramps on the roof. It's a pretty epic battle between raiders and super mutants, though you'll only find raiders in the apartment building and super mutants in the lounge. I encountered one legendary raider and one legendary super mutant brute I believe. Both we're pretty easily taken out from a distance. I find myself going with the combat rifle more often these days for range, decent damage, and plentiful ammunition. There's a few turrets as well on the inside and outside. Most of the inside can be handled with a combat rifle or combat shotgun, but the outside can be taken care of with sniper rifles and the combat rifle.
