The Cambridge Polymer Labs has a bunch of feral ghouls and one glowing one. There's also a trapped room, so be careful when entering to get the final isotope you need. Most of the ghouls can be cleared out as usual with a pistol or rifle, but I'd recommend getting the jump on the glowing one with a sniper rifle before fighting him with a more powerful gun. If he charges you I'd recommend using a shotgun and your crit. He has quite a bit of health, and if you're around level 20 like I was he takes a bit to kill. Maybe you'll get lucky as well and he'll get stuck on something like he did for me. That made him much, much easier to kill. Don't forget the hazmat suit. You'll want to use it while looting so you don't take much radiation damage.
To finish the quest just identify the isotopes and put the gold and lithium hydride canisters in the machine. There should also be another agent you'll add, but it's automatically taken from your inventory. The end result will be some truly amazing power armor. Or at least the chest piece for it.
