KULT News went in search of Crockett and Tubbs when we visited Miami, FL recently but only found a pair of Keystone Kops who liked to talk more than listen.
Would the responding officers recognize and respect our First Amendment rights or would they disappoint us as so many have who came before them?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
