The "Uva Special", is a grape lovers must have sipper. The grape notes come through very well with this sipper. The Nonino and Bianco Vermouth combo really showcase the Italian grape, and blended perfectly with this gin.
Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
30 mil/1 oz Bianco Vermouth
30 mil/1 oz Amaro Nonino
Stir all ingredients with ice for 20-30 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass.
