The "Century City" cocktail. Created by C.J. Catalano, this is the perfect sipper to celebrate the upcoming Spring season. Featuring one of my favorite liqueurs, Ancho Reyes, this is a well balanced and easy to sip treat.

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Mezcal
30 mil/1 oz Cognac
22.5 mil/.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
7.5 mil/.25 oz Ancho Reyes Chili liqueur
2 Dashes - Orange bitters

Stir down with ice for 15 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass.
