"Johann goes to Mexico". Created by Josie Packard, this amazing cocktail was brought to my attention by my good friend Lui, @Lui_Fern on his YouTube channel. I love large pours of Angostura bitters in a cocktail, and this doesn't fail!!

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Mezcal
15 mil/.5 oz Angostura bitters
15 mil/.5 oz Lemon juice
15 mil/.5 oz Demerara syrup

Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass.
