The "Very Old Cow". Created by John Nugent, I found this wonderful cocktail on two of my good friend's IG page. This is a great cocktail that uses one of my favorite spirits, Mezcal.

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Mezcal
22.5 mil/.75 oz Aperol
15 mil/.5 oz Punt E Mes
7.5 mil/.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 dash- Peychauds Bitters

Stir down with ice, serve in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an orange peel.
