The "Celery Margarita". Using the salty/earthy flavors of celery bitters in this Marg, this is sure to be a hit at any Summer party!! Tequila and Mezcal provide the perfect compliment to this wonderful bitters. Slightly salty, slightly sweet and smoky is the way I'd describe this.

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Reposado Tequila
30 mil/1 oz Mezcal
30 mil/1 oz Cointreau
22.5 mil/.75 oz Lime juice
22.5 mil/.75 oz Agave syrup
2-3 Dashes - Celery bitters

Shake with ice for 10 seconds
Serve over ice in a Rocks glass
Float some celery bitters, garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
