The "Cantilever". Featuring Byrrh, this is a spirit forward and very complex sipper. With hints of cola, raspberries, rye spices and Juniper, this will surely fit on any menu!!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Rye whiskey
30 mil/1 oz Amaro Lucano
15 mil/.5 oz Byrrh
15 mil/.5 oz Dry gin

Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cantilevered lemon peel.
