The "Washington Martinez". To help celebrate Doc's birthday, feel free at add this to your menu!!! Featuring America's oldest spirit, Apple Brandy, I think George Washington himself would go back for seconds. With hints of apples, caramel, cherries, and baking spices, this def reminds me of a caramel apple.

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Apple Brandy
30 mil/1 oz Amaro Meletti
10 mil/.33 oz Maraschino liqueur
2-3 Dashes - Angostura bitters

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
