This years entry into the #LovePotion2023 is cherry lovers type of sipper. Thanks to our friends Rob, @RobsHomeBar , David, @boozeontherocks and Vino, @CoachVinoProgressBar , I bring you a lovely Cherry forward cocktail that will get surely hit the spot!! Slightly bitter, a little sweet, this is a well balanced and easy to make cocktail.
Ingredients include:
45 mil/1.5 oz Gin
30 mil/1 oz Cherry juice
30 mil/1 oz Bitter Bianco
1 Bar spoon - Maraschino liqueur
2-3 dashes Chocolate biters
Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a chocolate covered cherry.
