The "M.S.C. (Mexican street corn) cocktail", aka the "Green Maize sour". To celebrate my very good friend Kurt, @slbdrinks, and wish him a Happy birthday, I present his original creation. This is a great Whiskey all season sipper!!! Using Mellow Corn Whiskey, this cocktail def tastes like a corn on the cob with poblano peppers on it!!! It has a corn sweetness, slightly spicy and a little tart. A very well balanced cocktail, this is def in my year round rotation!!!

Ingredients include:

60 ml/2 oz Mellow Corn Whiskey
15 ml/.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
22.5 ml/.75 oz lime juice
22.5 ml/.75 oz Simple syrup

Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
