The "Shanghai Tower". Using the Chinese spirit Baijiu, which dates back to the 1300's, I created a cocktail which pays homage to one of the tallest buildings in the world!!! Grab a bottle and Baijiu and try this. You won't be disappointed!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Baijiu
30 mil/1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
30 mil/1 oz Dom Benedictine
30 mil/1 oz Lemon juice

Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
