The "Fuego Amarillo". Created by Chip, @chips_classic_cocktails, this is simply the best Summer sipper I've had in YEARS!! Perfect for a cookout or a poolside party, this gem checks all boxes. Featuring hints of vanilla, honey, agave, green peppers, and a slightly spicy, smoky and citrus finish, this is a definite contender in my top 3 cocktails of 2024. Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Mezcal Espadìn
30 mil/1 oz Strega
15 mil/.5 oz Licor 43
7.5 mil/.25 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
2 dashes - Lime Bitters
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
No garnish.
