The "Fumo Pieno". This original creation of mine, which features one the best Amari in the world, is a celebration of great flavors and good friends!! With hints of burnt orange, rye spices, caramel, and a slight smokiness, this is def menu worthy.

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Amaro Dell Etna (Or your full bodied Amaro of choice)
30 mil/1 oz Rye whiskey
15 mil/.5 oz Laphroaig
3 Dashes - Orange bitters

Stir down with ice for 12 seconds
Serve "up" in your favorite glassware
Express orange oils over the top, garnish with a twist.
