Using a new toy, I finally smoked a cocktail. The smokey pear notes really worked in this and if you do NOT have a smoker, it is a great cocktail either way!!! To see some quality Old Fashions made, check out Doc , @OldFashionedWays .

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Bourbon
15 mil/.5 oz Pear Cognac
2-3 Dashes - Orange bitters

Build in a rocks glass, add ice, stir for 15 seconds.
Smoke cocktail with smoker.
