The "Punt E Mes Tequila" is a very interesting cocktail that uses one of my favorite ingredients, Punt e Mes. With lime and orange notes, this works very well with a Blanco Tequila, and is def a must try!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Blanco Tequila
30 mil/1 oz Punt E Mes
10 mil/.33 oz Agave syrup
Juice from 1 lime
1-2 Dashes - Orange bitters

Shake ingredients with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
