The "Haystack ". Created by a London bartender in 2017, this cocktail features Suze, a woody and slightly bitter Gentian liqueur. This really works well with the apricot brandy in this wonderful sipper!!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Bourbon
30 mil/1 oz Suze
15 mil/.5 oz Apricot brandy
15 mil/.5 oz Lemon juice

Shakes all ingredients with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
