Today's cocktail, which comes from renowned bartender/cocktail blogger Jeffrey Morgenthaler, is my version of the "Amaretto Sour". This is def a almond forward and smooth cocktail.

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Amaretto of your choice
22.5/.75 oz Bourbon
30 mil/1 oz lemon juice
10 mil/.33333 oz simple syrup (1:1)
30 mil/1 oz egg white

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Dry shake for 15 seconds
Add ice, shake for 15 seconds
Double strain over ice into a rocks glass
Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura or chocolate bitters.
