The "All in". Created in New York's "Nitecap" bar, this is a riff on the Old Pal. Using just a small amount of Creme de Cacao makes a huge difference in this sipper. Rye and Campari is always a great combo in any cocktail, and this is no exception!!!

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
22.5 mil/.75 oz Campari
22.5 mil/.75 oz Dry Vermouth
7.5 mil/.25 oz Creme de Cacao

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lemon twist.
