"Negroni Bianco Bergamotto". Featuring Italicus, a wonderful liqueur that has evaded me, until now, might be the best Negroni riff ever. Thanks to Ann, @TheHomeBartenderwithAnn , who showed me this some time ago, I finally got to experience this awesome cocktail!!!

Ingredients include"

30 mil/1 oz Italicus
30 mil/1 oz Gin
30 mil/1 oz Dry Vermouth

Stir down with ice for 15-20 seconds
Serve over ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with green olives.
