The "Metro Frankfurt". A riff on a Manhattan, this original creation uses one of my favorite brandy's, Asbach. Crafted in Germany, this might be one of the best Brandy's I've ever had!! In the cocktail, it offers hints of chocolate, dried fruits, grapes and a slight dryness on the finish. If you see Asbach, GRAB IT!!! You'll thank me later!!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Asbach
30 mil/1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes - Chocolate bitters

Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
