Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Rye Whiskey
30 mil/1 oz Cynar
10 mil/.33 Oz Fernet Branca
3-4 Dashes - Orange bitters

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
